To cancel an appointment using your smartphone:

Step 1) Log in to your OWL portal account using the link below:

Step 2) At the top of the page, tap the menu button (three horizontal lines), then tap the “My Account” button.

Step 3) Scroll down until you see you list of scheduled appointments under the heading “Sessions.”

​

Step 4) Tap the “Cancel” button across from the appointment date/time you wish to cancel.

​

Step 5) A prompt will appear stating, “This will remove your booking with this therapist.” Tap the “Cancel Booking” button to confirm cancellation of this appointment. A message will appear on the screen with a green background stating, “Successfully cancelled booking.”

Step 6) Check your email, you should have a confirmation email in your inbox. If you do not receive this email, please check your "spam" or "junk" folders in your email account.
