Instructions for booking an appointment - using your smartphone
NOTE: It is recommended you use Google Chrome (Android users) or Apple Safari (iPhone users) for your browser.

To book an appointment using your smartphone as a current client:

Step 1) First log in to your account on the OWL portal here https://aws-portal.owlpractice.ca/glowingheartsandminds/booking. Then, tap the "Book Now" button, accessible through the menu button (three horizontal lines) at the top of the page on the right-hand side.​ You will see a check-circle for “In-Person Psychotherapy” or "Virtual Psychotherapy" under the heading “For Which Service?” Tap the circle for your preference (in-person or virtual psychotherapy), then tap the check-circle for Geoffrey Stone under the heading “Therapist.”

Step 2) Scroll down the page to the calendar, and select the month you wish to book an initial consultation for by using the left and right arrows on the calendar. Currently, sessions can be booked on weekdays from January 6th 2025 onwards, up to a limit of 90 days from today's date. Select the date you wish to book your in-person or virtual psychotherapy session for by tapping the date on the calendar. then select the time you wish to book from the times available, which will display below the calendar once you've selected a date.

Step 3) Tap the "Book" button to schedule your appointment. A prompt will appear, displaying the date and time of your appointment and the session type (for example, "virtual psychotherapy" or "in-person psychotherapy"). Tap the "Confirm booking" button to confirm the appointment. You should then see a message display on the screen on a green background that reads, "Success! Your session has been booked."

Step 4) Check your email, you should have a confirmation email in your inbox. If you do not receive this email, please check your "spam" or "junk" folders in your email account. If you still don't have the email, please send an email to gstone@glowingheartsandminds.com or call 343-291-3711 for further assistance.

As a friendly reminder, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the client’s appointment time in order to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. If the client fails to show up for their appointment without cancelling, the full session fee will be charged to their credit card on file. Cancellations made outside of the 48-hour window will not incur a cancellation fee. Please note that most insurance companies will not cover the cost of a missed appointment. Credit card information will be retained on file for the purposes of billing for late-cancellation fees and no-show fees.​
